About the Practice: Fields That We Know

We offer psychotherapy and therapy intensives virtually in Texas, Maryland, and Massachusetts, and we also offer coaching outside of those states.

At Fields That We Know, we encourage a sense of intensity, dynamism, directness, seriousness, and unconventionality.

We believe the most important part of therapy is what happens after your therapy session: your real life, with your real loved ones, your real dreams, and your real legacy in the world.

Many people perceive psychotherapy as self-indulgent, endless, and pointless, a place where people waste time whining and living in the past and feeling sorry for themselves, instead of actually solving their problems and moving on with their lives. Sadly, this is sometimes true, but it doesn’t have to be.

We are deeply honored to meet clients for a relatively brief but incredibly important moment in their lives. We are here to help you face the most difficult aspects of your life, access the power you forgot you always had, transform, and then head out to meet your destiny.
